Meet Clara from Mexico. Clara is a mom with HIV who has been struggling with health conditions and a recent pregnancy in which we were able to help her give birth without passing on HIV to her daughter. She has been in our program for over 5 months now and thanks to the help from our donors we have been able to help her and her family
