MI Americas is pleased to partner with several local parishes around the United States, to distribute alcohol-based hand sanitizers. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends 60% alcohol-based sanitizers to avoid getting sick and spreading germs, particularly when soap and water are not available.

In Fort Myers, Florida, we are working with the area’s largest Catholic Church, St. Francis Xavier, led by Father Anthony Hewitt, to reach migrant workers who have lost all income due to COVID-19. The parish has distributed 125 bags with essential items including food, medicine, and  hand sanitizers, which will reach 625 individuals in total.

Parishes in Connecticut, Washington, New Jersey and Washington D.C., will also receive hand-sanitizer shipments.
